In the planning stages, we used the internet for preliminary research, this enabled us to do our surveys quickly and instantly using websites such as Survey Monkey. This saved us so much time due to the fact it was done over the internet. We could reach our target audience in larger numbers by posting our surveys on things such as Facebook, Twitter and instagram. This helped us with things like deciding on costumes, where to film and what song to choose. Celtex also helped us a lot in our planning stages with things like creating our script, storyboard, a calendar and master catalogue. This kept us highly organised and helped us to work quickly when it came to the construction stages.
In the construction stages media technologies were highly important when it came to things like filming, and editing. We used the internet, cameras, tripods, preliminary software and after effects. Without technology we couldn't have even created the things we wanted to create. We wouldn't have been able to record the video.
In the evaluation we again used things like the internet, cameras and power point. We recorded our interviews, posted them on the internet and created our evaluation feedback. Using technology helped us with organising our evaluation due to the fact that we could put it all in one place (blogger). Technology also helped us with time saving due to the fact that we didnt have to write things down like conversations and surveys didn't need to be handed out they were all posted on the internet and the conversations were filmed.
